Effective May 6th, Ause Abdelhaq will enhance the team at August Books as their new senior commissioning editor. This renowned imprint, which is part of Canelo, aims to develop a diverse array of non-fiction works spanning various genres, including sport, reportage, true crime, and puzzles and games.
Career Background
Prior to this role, Abdelhaq has been making strides as a commissioning editor at Macmillan for the past two years. At Macmillan, he has overseen significant publications within both the Macmillan Business and Pan Non-Fiction sectors. His portfolio features high-profile titles such as:
